About Anew Hospice

Our services are designed to provide medical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones who are experiencing the final stage of a terminal illness. Our goal is to support our patients and their loved ones while honoring their wishes and ensuring excellent care, comfort and dignity.

Guided by our Medical Director, we are licensed by the State of Indiana, Medicare certified and accredited by the American Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a non-profit accreditation organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986.

Here When You Need Us

Our prompt, same day evaluations and admissions allow us to provide services as early as possible. As your partner, we provide on-call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to handle crisis situations, address concerns and make visits.

Hospice Payment Options

Coverage is provided by Medicare, Medicaid and by most private insurance providers.

Our services are built on a sensitive, holistic care model that helps patients and their loved ones through the end of life journey. Our disciplinary team is comprised of compassionate individuals:

Works with the patient’s physician to provide pain and symptom management.

Monitors the patient to provide symptom management, comfort along with support and education.

Supports you and your family through emotional and financial stress.

Provides spiritual support to the patient and their loved ones.

Helps families with feelings of sadness, loss and grief for up to 13 months after the passing of a loved one.

Assists with activities of daily living, including personal care.

Provides companionship and support to patients and their loved ones.
